Welcome to Lal Sons Contractor. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Agreement

  • Lal Sons Contractor provides handyman services, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and general repairs.
  • By booking our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a service contract.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Service bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, including unavailability of workers.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Service charges are provided at the time of booking. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Payments must be made as per the agreed terms, either in advance or upon service completion.
  • We accept cash, bank transfers, and digital payments. Any disputes regarding payments must be raised within 7 days of service completion.

4. Refund Policy

  • A refund is only provided if our assigned labor or worker fails to reach your location as scheduled due to reasons within our control.
  • No refunds will be issued once the service has been initiated or completed.
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours by contacting support@lalsonscontractors.com.

5. Liability & Warranty

  • While we ensure high-quality service, we are not responsible for pre-existing issues, incidental damages, or consequential losses arising from our services.
  • Any service-related complaints must be reported within 48 hours of completion for resolution.
  • Warranty on work depends on the nature of the service and will be specified before commencement.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Customers are expected to provide a safe and accessible work environment for our workers.
  • Any inappropriate behavior, abuse, or harassment towards our workers will result in service termination.
  • Our workers are not permitted to accept direct payments or personal requests outside of official bookings.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary for service fulfillment or as required by law.

8. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for any failure or delay in service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Lal Sons Contractor reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
