Refund Policy

At Lal Sons Contractor, we strive to provide reliable and efficient handyman services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in such situations.

Eligibility for Refund

We offer a full refund only in the following case:

  • If the assigned labor or worker fails to reach your location as scheduled due to reasons within our control.
  • If you cancel Order within 24 Hour you eligible 100% Refund , 24 to 48 Hour you eligible 80% Refund and after 48 hour no refund provide by us. 

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If the service has already been initiated or completed.
  • If the delay or absence is caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • If the client cancels or reschedules the service after confirmation.
  • If the worker arrives but the client refuses service for personal reasons.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at 9625105375 or email us at support@lalsonscontractors.com within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
  2. Provide your booking details and a brief explanation of the issue.
  3. Our team will verify the request and process the refund, if eligible, within 7 business days to the original payment method.
